Freeware IP-address to country mapping utility for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003
XIPL is an small freeware utility for offline retrieving the country
information from IP-address or hostname, viewing IP-address blocks
allocated for specified countries and seeking the country by code or
code by country. Unlike from many other utilites, XIPL don't require
the connection to internet.

XIPL is very simple utility and, for this reason, does not demand any
installation utility. Simply unzip all files to any folder and run the
executable file (usually, "xipl.exe").
After starting the program, on the screen should appear the main program
window. Enter the IP-address or hostname into appropriate field and click
the "Locate" button to retrieve the country information for this

the country codes by selecting the appropriate country from "Country code"
or "Country" comboboxes.
